When I saw the red Think City zipping by on Beale Street a
couple of days ago, it brought a smile to my face, and I
thought how perfectly it fits driving on San Francisco streets.

Subject: Think Resolution before the SF Board of Supes
A resolution urging Ford to continue making the Think
has been officially submitted to the Board of
Supervisors by Gavin Newsom, Chris Daly and Matt
Gonzalez. It will come up for a vote by the full
Board at the next meeting on Monday. San Francisco
residents should email their Supervisor asking for
their support. Their email addresses follow the
Resolution (short version).
Resolution # 021746 [Ford Motor Company - Th!nk
electric cars]
Resolution urging the Ford Motor Company to fulfill
its obligations to the letter of the law and the
spirit of the California Air Resources Board Zero
Emissions Vehicle Mandate and to explore every avenue
available to ensure the continued production of Th!nk
City electric vehicles so that they may be offered for
sale in San Francisco. Supervisors Newsom, Daly,
Gonzalez presented. REFERRED FOR ADOPTION WITHOUT
COMMITTEE REFERENCE AGENDA AT THE NEXT BOARD MEETING.
