Differences in winter tire size versus stock tires seems to be a bone
of contention. Lots of calculations, etc.
The speedometer, (if it was effected by slight difference in tire
size,) is what Broder was reading too! If he set the cruise control
for 54 mph, that is what Broder would read and what the speedometer
would read, and what the logs would record. Of course, the logs tell
the true story - that Broder never set the cruise control.
Good attempt to obfuscate by Broder, but chalk one up for Musk.
