It seemed the Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman was driving the GEM vehicle without the aid of a seatbelt with his son, Everly Bear, perched on his knee. The 51-year-old singer was spotted in a parking lot and had his right hand on the steering wheel while his left arm wrapped around his son's waist. The mustachioed rock star wore black shorts, a white jacket zipped all the way up and a black fedora with a bright blue hat band. On his feet, he wore black slippers with an open back. His son had on grey sweatpants, a green T-shirt and a beige shirt jacket. His long, blond hair was tucked under a red-and-white baseball cap. Like his father, he wore slippers for the outing, shaped like alligators in a camouflage print. What's afoot?: The Red Hot Chili Peppers singer and his son both wore slippers for their outing in Malibu Anthony had the golf cart-style vehicle made after he underwent surgery in January 2012 to correct a 2007 foot injury. The door-less car, which is equipped with a safety belt for each seat, made it easier for him to slip in and out during recovery, but he obviously enjoyed other aspects of the vehicle since he's still driving it ...
