Anybody who's crazy enough to buy that car, and rich enough to cross his insurance agent's palms with silver to cover it, can afford to - and will - do whatever he damn well pleases with it, including EV conversion. If he seriously wanted a gut-wrenching beast, I expect there are plenty of folks around who could supply him with EV drives that would dust off a 351 Cleveland.
