Your controller board will need to be replaced. Peter Senkowski will do it; I think it's about 300 or so. I wouldn't be surprised if he also has leftover inductive throttles. On a personal note, I switched my throttle to get rid of a 1/2 power issue in 0-5 Celsius weather. It did solve that problem. Something about a heat-sensitive diode. So...
