If this was yesterday I might be tempted to call bullshit on this one. So I 
guess if this is somehow real my main question is isn't this simply a case of 
"theft of services" from a municipality? I don't know how it is where the Prius 
lives but around here they take this kinda seriously. Still skeptical - Dach.
