It was a call for a pick up truck onstage that led me into the world of EV's (as it was at the end of the last century..) Thanks to the EVDL, I was able to give them their stage-legal pick-em up truck, on time and under budget. Major side benefits of this were 1) returning the previously unusable Jet Industries Ford Courier to the owner as a working, street legal EV and 2) In putting it together, I found out how conversions were done, and decided to do one for me, leading to my WATTABMR (#238 in the EV photo album) which was my commuter car for the last years of my career job. I wonder if Kennedy Center is doing a "Grapes of Wrath" production? Michael B
