Do not throw them out if there are no immediate responses. There is a need for these, especially to make adapter cables to today's j1772, or for use with a RV park's Nema 14-50 outlet.
[*For those that do not know about this older EVSE technology, the conductive Avcon EVSE provided the same 6kW power that a public j1772 EVSE can provide (208 to 240VAC ~30A). Back in the day, the Ford Ranger Electric truck and a few early prototype versions of the RAV4-EV-gen1 used a Yagasaki or Avcon connector, though the production RAV4-EV-gen1 models bought-in/switched to GM's inductive spi (small-paddle-inductive) EVSE. Note: The Honda EVplus was never sold, and like the GM EV1, Honda took back all leased EVplus EVs and eventually had them destroyed (perfectly good operational production EVs crushed & chewed-up/crunched into bits ( = another automaker that wasn't EV serious). ] I would suggest that you place ads on: http://www.evtradinpost.com/ EV Trading Post https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/ranger-ev/info Ford Ranger Electric Truck forums http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=AVCON&_sacat=0 On eBay And in those ads, put your EVbusiness.com URL or email-address @EVbusiness.com For EVLN posts use: http://www.evdl.org/archive/index.html#nabble+template%2FNamlServlet.jtp%3Fmacro%3Dsearch_page%26node%3D413529%26query%3Devln%26sort%3Ddate {brucedp.150m.com} ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avcon [ref http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/1990-s-era-EVSE-AVCON-Connectors-tp4672139.html ] On Fri, Oct 17, 2014, at 11:57 AM, Rick Reinhard via EV wrote: > Anybody interested in AVCON EVSE form the 90's for a FORD ranger, Honda > EV+, some versions of RAV's? > We are getting rid of old stock 208/240V US power - -- View this message in context: http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/EVparts4sale-AVCON-EVSE-Connectors-tp4672150.html Sent from the Electric Vehicle Discussion List mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org For EV drag racing discussion, please use NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
