% You didn't state the complete purpose of your survey: what do you plan to
do with the EV driver answers.
I too have questions about your survey participation request.

-Why do you need a name?
-Why do your questions focus on the negative? (its like the survey was
written by people who are not daily EV drivers with EV-ignorant fears).
Below are links
- to possible BrownU EV activities
- there are already mobile charging businesses

I captured the text of the survey for EV drivers leary of your request, to
read.

IMO, for a group asking EV charging questions you didn't ask:

-What level (L#) do you charge at? (L1, L2, L3)
-What power can yur EV draw at L2, L3?
-Does your EV have a L3 charging capability? if so,
-Which L3 charging do you use: CHAdeMO, ccs, ?
-Do you use a charging website or app? Or at lease know of some if you need
them to look up charging for a trip (plugshare.com)
-How many hours of charging do you draw each time you charge at public L2
EVSE (2,4,? hours)

There are many more EV charging questions you did not ask but should have.
This survey seems like the EV-blind leading the EV-blind to a conclusion
they want, not reality. Did local bean-counters (the ones with the money to
spend) ask you to gather answers for EV charging installations? (on campus,
in a city, ?) ... %
