I don't think it would be worth the effort. Each Bolt pack contains cells already configured as ~24 volt or ~48 volt modules. I would suggest designing something within these constraints and the physical size of original packaging.
I say this because I think it would be very difficult to take them completely apart without damaging them and then put them back together in some other form factor that would be reliable. BTW, I found out the hard way that the broken down modules need to be constrained. I have a few that started to swell before I realized this.
