For my F-250 conversion, I used a standard pickup truck dumb bed kit with the hydraulic lift. The design of the hinges doesn' t allow a rear bumper, so I modified the hinges. Added brackets to the hing so that the bumber is attached to the bed, not the Frame, so it swings down with the bed.
