This is a good strategy. I am very happy with the performance and carefree
nature of the drop in replacement. No modifications needed. This is for the eGo
scooter. I also upgraded the headlight to LED. Charger light turns green at end
of charge. However I ride my pedal cycle more so I will probably sell the eGo.
