There’s plenty available with export limiting, just about every manufacturer offers it
They all involve installation of a meter (after the utility meter) to provide feedback to the GT https://www.ginverter.com.au/Export-Limitation-Solution.html There are heaps of installations here in Australia near edge of grid where the utility has placed an administrative 0 export limit.
