I may be remembering wrong, but it seems to me that I've seem some more or less usable (limited range) Nissan Leaves offered for around this price. The Think City was a pretty good EV, especially for its time - it was developed in the late 1990s and early 2000s - but the poor little guy is an orphan. I can't imagine who's going to pay much that for one, but good luck to the seller.
