My estimate would be 4-7k for a salvage 30 kwh pack + 2-3k labor, so I think your 5k hope is a bit low.
Shifting a 30kwh to a 2011 requires special adapter cables as well as the man in the middle can adapter, so it's slightly more involved than putting it into a 2013+ model, but still not an overly complicated endeavor.
