Doge notwithstanding, The states will still have something to say about
letting unmanned autonomous vehicles loose on their streets.   The Waymo
rollout has not been without its issues, and they are VERY careful with
lots of back-end monitoring.

Tesla is not ready to have unmanned vehicles running around unless they do
what Waymo does and have remote monitoring.
