Is this a big deal ?
I came across this article, which doesn't go into any depth, but talks
about a new process to use vermiculite clay to somehow create a membrane
that will extract lithium from water, particularly seawater. If this is
true, and successful, I can only imagine the implications on sourcing
lithium.
