The biggest factor, other than government support, is the cheap and abundent
Himalayan hydro power. Economics 101, which our current government is ignoring
by supporting coal, which is losing popularity, because of high cost and filth.
The largest coal fired power plant in New England closed down a while back, for
economic reasons. Duh! Lawrence Rhodes
