I bought my Lightning in Feb. 2025. Even though I knew that the sticker would
be dead in 7 months, I got it and it has saved me about 5 - 10 minutes in the
morning and 10 - 20 minutes in the afternoon every day on my commute. That has
made it worth the $27 - or about a dollar per week. I am annoyed that the
program is going away, but I am retiring 3 days later at which time I likely
will care a lot less....

I put off getting the sticker for my wife's model Y. So instead of 3 years.
Barely 1 year. There is harm, including wifely castigation.  Lawrence Rhodes

I'm not an attorney, but I'm pretty sure that to win a legal action you have
to demonstrate actual harm, usually economic harm.  I don't know how easy
that would be in this case.
