2019 Ram 1500 Classic Tradesman.

The third shot is a panorama of the underside/chassis. Kind of
bizarre looking but shows the drive train, maybe some clues there?
Apparently there are more than one of these, so unlikely to be a
one-off home conversion.
No details about battery/controller/motor/charger/etc. Is that
dashboard a J.C. Whitney special?
