Yes, but the rule itself stayed in force, just the attempt to alter the rule failed. Appeals may be submitted to the Secretary of the Standards Council at [email protected]. The NFPA needs to get the right breadth of stakeholders, to write good code. We've seen it again and again, especially on EV topics.
