It's not so quiet if you know where to get your news.  :-\

As I see it, the main takeway here is that even with a punitive tax making it 
less of a bargain, the easiest and most immediate way to stick it to Big Oil 
is by going EV.

I also still encourage you to write or phone your congresscritter about this.
