Where did you find the reverse diodes?

I'm "selling" a Curtis 500 amp DC (96-144 volts) motor controller. It
blew some mosfets, so I took it apart, ordered everything I would need
to replace the MOSFETS, Capacitors, diodes, and other commonly failed
components on the control board.
I replaced all of the capacitors, but the MOSFETS and Diodes still need
to be replaced (package includes both the removed components and the new
replacements). Life, A Move, and a new child got in the way of this
project, I sold the truck it was a backup for, and I'm abandoning it.
Hopefully somebody can continue it, or at least use the parts for something.
Includes some schematics Lee Hart sent me, the almost impossible to find
reverse packaged diodes, replacement MOSFETS, thermal paste, lots of
misc components that may or may not be needed on the control board, and
everything that came out of the unit (screws/hardware, etc...) All
electronics other than the unobtanium diodes were sourced from DigiKey
and have their DigiKey stickers attached.
THIS IS A (MAJOR) PROJECT!
Select "see details" link on the shipping to see which carrier is least
expensive to your location. The case adds a LOT of weight to the box.
[If you only want the electronics without the case I may be able to
reduce shipping costs, ask.]
I have it listed at $100 on Ebay, but I'm basically willing to give it
away for the cost of shipping + 20% to cover my Ebay fees. [I use Ebay
to make generating the shipping label easy, and to assure you the
"buyer" that I'm legit and you'll actually get the box.]
So if you offer $20 for it + shipping I'll probably accept it,
especially if you tell me you heard about it from the EVDL.
