I am very pleased to announce the candidates for the 2021 Evergreen Project Board election: *Joe Knueven*, Wilmington Public Library, Consortium of Ohio Libraries Joe currently serves as the Director of the Wilmington Public Library, a member of the Consortium of Ohio Libraries (COOL). Joe has over 20 years of experience in libraries, including seven years leading public libraries running Evergreen. He was active in the founding of COOL and served several years as Secretary of the consortium's Executive Board. In the wider community, Joe was chair of the local organizing committee for the 2017 Evergreen Conference, served briefly as DIG facilitator in 2017-18 and is currently active in the Reports Interest Group. *Katie Greenleaf Martin,* Altoona Area Public Library (PaILS/SPARK consortium) Katie Greenleaf Martin has worked with Evergreen for over a decade as a user, running demos & assisting with migrations for the PaILS/SPARK consortium, and doing original cataloging. She has a background with organizational management in both public and academic settings. Thanks to her role as District Consultant for the Altoona Area Public Library, her practice bridging between developers, consultants, and end users gives her an understanding of the role of open-source software, and Evergreen in particular, in providing library service. *Keith Kuric,* Perry County Public Library (Evergreen Indiana) Keith has previous experience as a circulation manager, is currently an assistant director, and has a supportive boss who will give him time to attend these meetings. He is patron focused. *Lynn Floyd,* Indiana State Library / Evergreen Indiana Lynn has been an active part of the Evergreen community for several years both with Anderson Public Library/SCLends and now with Evergreen Indiana through the Indiana State Library. She has both contributed to and facilitated the contributions of others to Evergreen documentation and has been a regular attendee to both the International Conference and more recently the Hackaway. Lynn's dedication to both the Evergreen software and the community recommend her to a more central point of leadership within that community, and I'm confident that, if elected to a spot on The Evergreen Project board, she will put her skills toward the continued sustainability of TEP not-for-profit organization, the community at-large, and the software. The election will begin on April 1st. Everyone registered will receive an email from Opavote.com with information on how to cast your vote. Voting will end on April 9th and results will be announced the week of April 11th. Information on the Evergreen Project board and its function in the community can be found here: https://evergreen-ils.org/governance/ Please feel free to contact me or any board member with questions about the board or the election process.
