In preparation for next week's feedback fest (and because it's feature-freeze time) I've cut the rel_3_11 branch in the repository. Now we can work on fixing minor bugs to apply to both, and if a new feature finally makes it over the line next week it can go into master / main without delay.
One possible exception I'm hoping to make is for LP1902120; it's a feature that has been in high demand (though perhaps not by this method) for some time and is quite close. If all of the issues can be cleared up next week I'm willing to still let that in. Note that the schedule has Beta 1 also being released today; I'm pushing that to the week after because it's possible during a feedback fest for that to be obsoleted very quickly.
