Hi all,

I work at Calvin University, and we are using Evergreen. Please let me know if 
there's a better place to post this, but I'm wondering if anyone knows why a 
patron's checkout barcode is disabled? Her account is active, no fines or 
restrictions I see. Not sure how to troubleshoot this.
