I'm mailing to suggest that we possibly delay the 3.11.5 and 3.12.3
releases a few more days to early next week to give the branch from Lp
2040514 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2040514) a chance to
go in.
I normally would not ask for this, but this is a very timely fix.
Without it, EDI will stop working for Ingram customers on April 15.
I am presently working on the release notes and a comment for Launchpad
and should have it all finished today.
