Dear Stephanie,
Thank you for the update!
Is my understanding correct that the most recent string additions to
Evergreen are currently missing from Launchpad? Otherwise, we would only
have about 125 untranslated strings (which is fine as most of these are
the ones that are rarely encountered in the interface and whose proper
meaning without seeing them in a particular context might be difficult
to guess)...
If it is indeed the case that new strings have not been uploaded to
Launchpad, is there a chance that after uploading them there might be at
least a couple of days for actually doing the translation work before
the data are grabbed back for the 3.13 final release?
Thank you for considering this :-)!

Good evening, all! The 3.13 release team regrets to announce a further
delay of the release candidate due to a failure of the automatic
processes behind the Launchpad translation system. (The bzr branch is
not being created, although the website shows that it exists.) Blake
is opening a support ticket with Launchpad, and we hope to be able to
resolve this soon.
While troubleshooting this problem, Galen discovered that the
Launchpad translations have not been updating automatically since at
least February. I am adding an agenda item to the next developer
meeting to discuss consolidating our translations into POEditor after
the 3.13 cycle.
Since we are a couple of days behind schedule and we have received
very little feedback on 3.13-beta given the large number of new
features, we are considering pushing back the final release one week,
to June 5. If there are any objections, please let us know.
On behalf of the 3.13 team,
