Hi Kendra! As mentioned, you can adjust the claims returned limit via Library Setting: Max Patron Claims Returned Count. However, an aspect of claims returned that staff will want to keep in mind is the fact that the Claims Returned count on the patron account does not automatically decrease off of the patron account, when staff check in the item. For example, a patron claims they returned an item, staff mark it claims returned, there will now be a "1" count on their claims returned (located in patron's Edit interface), a little while later staff indeed find the item on the shelf and check it in, that "1" will not automatically remove from the account, staff will need to manually mark the count back down.
