Hi Ariez, At first glance, I don't see any error in the template, at least XML seems to be valid. I recommend checking the "<marctemplates>" section in the /openils/conf/opensrf.xml file - In my experience a similar problem can be caused, for example, by a typo in the MARC template definition in this file.
