I'm also interested in hearing of others' experience with different password maintenance mechanisms. Our consortium is using Microsoft Azure Active Directory with an LDAP connection from Evergreen (to the best of my knowledge). I'm not sure what the root cause is, but we've had no end of problems with this workflow. Passwords would appear to be out of sync between AD and Evergreen, some staff could use their old and newly changed passwords, accounts would get locked out, etc, etc.
Is anyone else using Azure for Evergreen password maintenance, and if so, does it work reliably? Or is this a password maintenance workflow to be avoided?
