Hello, The email and text messages are customizable through the Notification Action Triggers interface. The permissions to use that interface are generally restricted to administrators, so I would recommend contacting whoever is administering Evergreen for you with your wording change requests.
I don't know if this may be helpful or not, but this is the wording that we use on our notices: https://pines.georgialibraries.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=circ:notification-wording Best wishes, Terran Terran McCanna, PINES Program Manager ------------------------------ Georgia Public Library Service | University System of Georgia 2872 Woodcock Blvd, Suite 250 l Atlanta, GA 30341 (404) 235-7138 | tmcca...@georgialibraries.org http://help.georgialibraries.org | h...@georgialibraries.org <https://www.facebook.com/georgialibraries> <https://www.twitter.com/georgialibs> <https://www.instagram.com/georgialibraries/> <https://www.twitter.com/georgialibs> Join our email list <http://georgialibraries.org> for stories of Georgia libraries making an impact in our communities.
