Hello Linda, A question - do you also see a "short" or long date upon checkin/checkout, hold, and renew activity with the locker? If you have other selfcheck-type machines on site, do they also provide short or long dates?
It would be good to know whether the behaviour is "global" - if not, that could provide a clue.
