AADL's Tool Booking Interface: an Evergreen Project webinar

Not long after AADL started circulating lawn games, event lighting, and other
party gear, patrons started asking for a way to reserve items for specific
dates. In response, AADL developed a custom web interface that allows patrons
to easily check availability of multiple items at once and make a single
booking for everything they need for their event. Of course, behind the scenes
in the Evergreen Bookings module, it's not that simple. Come see how AADL
introduced an interface that met patrons' web-native expectations while working
solely within the Evergreen Bookings system. Presented by AADL Director and
Vice President of The Evergreen Project board, Eli Neiburger.

Subject: [Evergreen-general] The Evergreen Project Is Now a Membership
Organization - join us in supporting Evergreen!

Good morning and happy Monday Evergreen community!
As you may know, The Evergreen Project became incorporated in 2018 and was
granted status as a 501(c)3 organization in 2020. After a strategic planning
process, we are now ready to launch a membership program for folks to support
the work of the Project.

The 2026 Evergreen Project Board elections will be member-only, and open to
individual (whether paid, contribution-based, or granted as part of an
institutional membership) members of the Project. Memberships are available now
for the 2026 membership year, with more information on types of memberships and
their benefits at https://evergreen-ils.org/membership/.

This program is designed to provide support for the work of the open-source
project (and while membership has many benefits, it is not required for use of
the software or participation in the community at large) - and we hope that
many of you will join!

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions — and my deepest
gratitude to the current and past TEP boards as well as folks like our
Membership Model investigation committee — it has take a lot of hard work to
get to this point!

Katie
2025-2026 TEP board president
