I think the name should include the following concepts 1) modal or relativistic or relative formulation or first person, 2) quantum or quantics, 3) psycho or psyche or consciousness or ego, 4) mechanics or theory. So, picking one term from each row we could get names such as first person quantum psychomechanics orrelative formulation of quantum psyche theory (this alludes to Everett's interpretation)
