Only if they believe they are *in* the multiverse. If they are Platonists, they might believe that Plato's heaven exists and contains abstract counterparts of everything existing concretely on "Earth", and much more besides. But as non-computationalists, they need not believe that an abstract algorithm -- even their own abstract counterpart in Heaven -- is conscious.
