Yes - that's the one. I'd post a summary, except I'm still reading it. He says much the same sorts of things I've been saying on the topic, although far better reasoned and written that anything I've done. There are some differences too, which I'm trying to get my head around understanding. He apologises for it being so long, but he does make contact with much of the other philosophical literature out there in a way that I'm too impatient to do. He even addresses John Clark's infamous "cuckoo clocks and roulette wheels" objection :).
