IMHO it's two time bollocks even if this was a legitimate solution for universe from nothing or whatever. That isn't a capture of the problem....yes how that, but then how all the structure and form? There's no point decoupling the problem to some little initialization. Because all you get is some little thing that's only worth anything if it can then explain the rest.
