They sound like that high school teacher we all had and disliked, who in hindsight was perhaps a nice person but was so completely out of touch with us that we all hated and mocked her/him all the time, and we didn't listen to her/him even when we should have. It is a communication problem. The sooner the democrats realize this, the better. I'd be interested in some specifics concerning how the d's abandoned the working class. I recall that Harris endorsed the Child Tax Credit which would have had major impact on working America, and to protect SS, Medicare, Medicaid,and ObamaCare. In the face of Republican opposition to these polices -- whether they admit it or not -- I don't see that the d's abandoned the working class.
