= IN SHORT: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? =

Nothing and you can ignore this email, if you do not follow groupwise
bug reports in the product "evolution-groupwise".

= PROBLEM =
Andrea Veri (sysadmin) wrote that "there are problems sending mails to
the ximian domain". 130.57.5.70 is down, no idea if forever or just
temporarily.
This creates some avoidable server load. The big majority is triggered
by @ximian.com default assignees/QA contacts for bug reports in
Evolution, Evolution-Data-Server, GtkHtml, GAL, Evolution Exchange,
evolution-mapi, evolution-ews, and evolution-groupwise.

= SOLUTION =

I have changed affected @ximian.com accounts in GNOME Bugzilla to use
@gnome.bugs instead and marked them as virtual accounts (ismailinglist
group membership with "Bugmail disabled" flag, but that means they can
still be followed by using the "User Watching" function).

= LONG VERSION: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? =

All this should not have any influence if you follow one of these
accounts via "User Watching" under
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email - it all gets
automatically updated, with one exception: I moved all open tickets
under the product "evolution-groupwise" from evolution-mail-maintainers@
as default QA and maintainer to (already existing)
evolution-groupwise-maintainers@. If you explicitly want to still follow
evolution-groupwise tickets, you must add
evolution-groupwise-maintain...@gnome.bugs under "User Watching" at the
bottom of https://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email !

= LONG VERSION: BORING DETAILS (skip it!) =

I transfered the following non-personalized accounts:

* connector-maintai...@ximian.com                    ->
connector-maintainers@gnome-bugs
* connector...@ximian.com                            -> connector...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-addressbook-maintain...@ximian.com       ->
evolution-addressbook-maintain...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-calendar-maintain...@ximian.com          ->
evolution-calendar-maintain...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-executive-summary-maintain...@ximian.com ->
evolution-summary-maintain...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-groupwise-maintain...@ximian.com         ->
evolution-groupwise-maintain...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-mail-maintain...@ximian.com              ->
evolution-mail-maintain...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-plugin-maintain...@ximian.com            ->
evolution-plugin-maintain...@gnome.bugs
* evolution...@ximian.com                            -> evolution...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-shell-maintain...@ximian.com             ->
evolution-shell-maintain...@gnome.bugs
* evolution-tri...@ximian.com                        ->
evolution-tri...@gnome.bugs
* product-design-b...@ximian.com                     ->
evolution-product-design-b...@gnome.bugs

The account tri...@ximian.com was merged into existing
evolution-tri...@gnome.bugs.
The account gtkhtml-maintain...@ximian.com was merged into existing
gtkhtml-maintain...@gnome.bugs.
