I'm running Red Hat 6.2, latest helix gnome (not the 1.4 beta), and am
getting the evolution snapshots via red-carpet. I've seen some contacts
problems in the last few snapshots (0408 is the latest). First, when I
double-click on the "canvas" to pop-up the editor for a new contact, none
of the fields are editable (all grayed out). Second, if I open the editor
using the "new contact" button, the fields are all editable but when I
save the contact and error window pops up informing that wombat his died
due to a seg fault.
I'm glad to see that catagories seem to be working finally (just clicking
on the button in the contacts editor used to cause a crash). Is it
planned to offer the capability of customizing the list of available
catagories? I recognize the wisdom of offering a default set, but I
think it would be good to allow the set to be completely customizable.
