[Evolution-hackers] db3 requirement

Compiling evolution from cvs source now requires Berkeley DB version
3.1.17.  This is available from www.sleepycat.com.  You might need to
add --with-db3-includes and --with-db3-libs lines to your configure to
get it to work.
