Yeah, the README is out of sync. My bad; I'll make sure it's up to date
in the next release.
Calvin, it's probably easier to build everything from HEAD. But if you
want to build exactly what we released for 1.3.92, you need:
EVOLUTION_1_3_92 for evolution
GTKHTML_3_0_4 for gtkhtml
GAL_1_99_6 for gal
LIBSOUP_1_99_22 for libsoup
