[Evolution-hackers] new-ui-branch mail status

Did a little more on the new-ui-branch slog ...

A bunch of basics which didn't work, now work, although i wouldn't vouch for any level of stability ...

- vFolders
- mail configuration pages
- signature editor
- adding accounts
- sending mail (replying/etc too).
- editing account default folders, possibly it should use the location independent uri format
- filters now use a different location indepndent uri format (email://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/path - easier to parse/manage the url's).

Startup isn't very clean.  The way menu's are done doesn't seem to make sense anymore (i.e. you want some of the mailer menu's up even if you don't have a mail folder active, yet you have the mail 'component' active).  No dnd.  No send/recv or new message buttons.  etc.
