It'd be really nice if it could also handle the mail sent to list admins
by mailman -- see the attached. If there was _any_ way for Evolution to
reply to the message/rfc822 attachment, that'd be a start; but ideally
I'd get 'Discard' and 'Accept' buttons for the mail in question.

sys_fsync() and sys_sync() trigger garbage collection to flush pending
data from the write buffer. If there's nothing to GC, we pad it with
zeroes. There's also a timed flush which behaves similarly.
