[Evolution-hackers] eplugin branch

just a couple of notes about e-plugin-2-branch:

- it now looks in a path defined by EVOLUTION_PLUGIN_PATH (':' separated) for the .eplug files, if not set, it uses "~/.eplug".  Rather than the not-very-useful /home/notzed/src/mono-plugin.
- don't try to edit or create mail accounts, it wont work.  it'll probably crash if it tries to use the startup wizard.
