Did you check the 1.5 source tree? 1.4 series will probably be doomed
to /dev/null when 2.0 is released (hopefully soon) so your patch will be
mostly useless (as it is now -- sorry for being so straight, really).
And AFAIK, 2.0 is feature-frozen and your patch would wait for 2.2
branch anyway.
