The bugtracker at bugzilla.ximian.com has the bugs/features that are
being worked on/planned, etc. That would be the place to start.

Initially, patches sent here is appropriate. If you dont get responses,
poke the developers a bit more, if its stuff we're not working on,
sometimes we leave them on the back burner a bit.
