Starting evo ala `CAMEL_DEBUG=all evolution`
Marking an email as junk results in camel debug output from
bg-junk-fileter.c.
However, the debug statement
d(fprintf (stderr, "em_junk_bf_check_junk\n"));
never gets called/produces output upon receipt of incoming mail, so I'm
pretty sure that bogofilter handling is broken.
lots of incoming mail => no camel debug output for bogofilter
