Delete the mail from On This Computer -> Outbox - if it isn't there, then it's left Evolution. And yes, 54Mb is a disgustingly large email and I'm not surprised your SMTP server doesn't like it. > Using Centos 6.6 with Evo 2.32.3. > > However, first things first, this version of Evo seems way outdated. CentOS is a clone of RHEL and one of the features of RHEL is that it is stable. Stable to the extent that the versions of the software and applications included do not change over the lifetime of the OS - which is many years. Evolution 2.32.x has always been, and always will be, the version packaged with CentOS 6. (Although appropriate bug fixes are back-ported from more recent versions.) I think it's highly unlikely that a more recent version is available anywhere for CentOS 6 - you would need a lot of Gnome3 infrastructure to also be present to run anything remotely recent and if you do that, you may as well be running CentOS 7 (but that still only has Evolution 3.8.5 included).
